COVID-19 – HOTEL POLICY & PREVENTION MEASURES

Galaxias Hotel is a small hotel with just 38 rooms, and no customer gatherings are created in public areas.

Our staff consists of few and specific people, properly trained, fully equipped.

Meticulous cleaning and disinfection of rooms with chlorine solution and ethanol solution. Special care for small objects (knobs, taps, remote controls, etc.).

Additional disinfection of rooms with UV lamp, 2 times, before and after cleaning - disinfection.

We keep the room empty for at least 24 hours after cleaning - disinfection, and before a new check in.

Elimination of contacts between cleaning- staff and customers. Room care is only after departure, unless the customer wants, or needs, something different.

Elimination of contacts between reception - staff and customers, using electronic communication.

Adequate space ventilation and use of open space as an alternative lobby.

Breakfast is optional. Served into the room, at no extra cost.

Collaboration with a doctor.

The central location of the hotel helps to access, with just a short walk, the most important points of interest of the city. Medieval town etc.

After all this, we are ready to host our customers with security and fully meet their high expectations, as we do every year.
